Returns policy

We want you to be 100% happy with products purchased from the Richard the Lionfart store, but occasionally you might need to return or exchange something you’ve bought. Simply return the item(s) within 30 days and we’ll happily refund or replace your goods.

To make returns as simple as possible, we recommend that you keep a record of your order number (found in the order confirmation email or on the delivery sheet) as proof of purchase.

If you change your mind or the product is faulty…

  • You’ll need to return the item(s) within 30 days, unused and in their original undamaged packaging, and with a copy of your receipt.
  • We will send you a replacement, or refund the full amount you paid (including postage and packing).
  • You will need to cover the costs of return postage and packing, unless the item(s) are defective. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery.
  • We’ll email you when we receive your returned item(s) and process the refund within two to three weeks.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Distance Selling Regulations
When ordering from our internet store, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us within seven working days of the delivery date, quoting your order number.

If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, please contact us within seven working days of purchase.
